How It Works
No Minimum Terms
MRR Finance pricing starts from only 7% of your annual revenue which is deducted from your advance. As a cost of sale this is typically passed onto the customer although can be deducted from your margin should you want to raise cash against existing contracts. Unlike loans or leases our products have no minimum terms meaning that your customers have the right to stop paying without complications.
An Alternative for Business Growth
If your customer stops paying, you can stop providing services and return funds for the remaining term without suffering financial loss and having recourse under your standard terms. Our MRR Finance product does not qualify as debt within your business meaning flexibility for companies with restrictive covenants and we do not require debenture security or personal guarantees. At last there is an alternative to selling customer bases to release cash for business growth!

DaaS structures allow you to present your contract to your customers without the need for a 3rd party finance agreement. We will either embed the relevant terms into your agreements or provide you with a fit for purpose DaaS contract to use immediately.
